Empire Hotels is based out of Minneapolis, MN and Buffalo, NY was founded by its principals, Harshal Patel, Minesh Patel, and Jayesh Patel. Empire Hotels has an aggressive growth strategy to make select investments in primarily the hospitality market and continue to work on new development and acquisition opportunities. The group has acquired 20+ properties since 2015.
Founders and Principals of Empire Hotels have over 100 years of combined experience in the hotel industry, having established multiple affiliate companies along the way, such as Rudra Management and P&P Hospitality. Today, all of these companies work hand in hand sharing resources to help each hotel succeed in its goals.
Empire Hotels has Four Functions:
Hotel Investment:
Empire Hotels analyzes each investment opportunity from a conservative approach to identify the benefits and risk for each project. Empire Hotels attempts to match the risk/reward strategies of each opportunity to the investment strategies of each individual investor to attain a level of comfort for the investor. Through these practices, Empire Hotels has established a solid high-return portfolio of properties for its investors. Identifying opportunities and making sound investment decisions based on strong fundamentals has not only proved successful in the past for Empire Hotels, but has also set up a pipeline of investments opportunities for long term success for its investors in the future.
Management:
Empire Hotels handles all operational, financial and administrative operations for its portfolio. With a “hands on” approach, Empire Hotels provides tireless support to its portfolio of hotels to make sure each property exceeds guest expectations, franchise expectations, and investor
expectations.
Construction:
Empire Hotels utilizes its experience and contacts to value engineer each of its projects to maximize their returns. We closely select and work with General Contractors and our Subcontractor base to deliver quality projects under budget and on time. This includes renovations and repurposing buildings for a different use.
Development:
Empire Hotels is well versed in development with its principals have developed over 25 hotels from the ground up. With this experience, we've learned to navigate through challenging projects and gained valuable skills which include but are not limited to: underwriting, site selection, the entitlement process, design, budget, and execution.
